Step 1: Verification of your identity - In order to reset your password, please provide your User ID and email address.
Step 2: You will receive an email - An email with instructions will be sent to your email address. You will have 3 hours to access Advisor Support and update your password.
Step 3: Select a permanent password - When you sign into Advisor Support you will be prompted to create a new password.
The email address you enter must match the email address on your profile.
