Password Reset
Resetting your Advisor Support password is an easy three-step process:

Step 1: Verification of your identity - In order to reset your password, please provide your User ID and successfully answer two of your challenge questions.

Step 2: Your temporary password - A temporary password will be sent to your email address. Once you have received your temporary password you will have 3 hours to access Advisor Support.

Step 3: Select a permanent password - When you sign in to Advisor Support with your temporary password you will be prompted to create a new password.

Verification of your identity

The email address you enter must match the email address your provided when you set your Advisor Support challenge questions.
